Legal counsel who graduated from the Faculty of Law & Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. A member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw since 1997. Acting as an independent legal advisor since 2000.
Maciej Bojanowski started his professional career as a public servant dealing with issues related to administrative opinions and cases regarding urban planning and building law.
He has extensive experience in litigation proceedings, also before administrative courts, acting on behalf of both entrepreneurs and natural persons. He is an advisor of private companies and state-owned enterprises. He has gained experience in numerous investment projects in financial, fuel and construction industries. He has participated in business restructuring and recovery proceedings, including the processes related to funding investment projects.
He specialises in commercial law, labour law, administrative law and building law proceedings. He is also highly competent in such fields as intellectual property, environmental law and medical law. Currently, Maciej Bojanowski provides regular legal service for companies and enterprises representing diverse industries, leveraging his experience and knowledge of business operations and activities.
He is a member of supervisory bodies of limited liability and joint stock companies.
