Anna Kamińska


Legal Counsel, a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. Real estate issues are her main professional field subject. Anna Kamińska have been conducting legal advisory for the construction entrepreneurs and developers in the scope of preparation and realization of the construction works process. She also represent clients in the court disputes, especially concerning improper performance of work construction contracts and developer contracts. She gained her professional experience in Polish and international Legal Firms. 

Anna Kamińska is a Ph.D. student at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences under which supervision she is writing her PHD thesis “Improper performance of the construction works contract”. Within the abovementioned dissertation she studies the aspects of liability for improper performing construction works contract pursuant to civil proceeding and public procurement act as well as the FIDIC Conditions of Contracts. Previously, being honoured with the diploma of University Rector, she graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty at Warsaw University as well as she completed English Legal Methods School at the University of Cambridge. She also obtained the MA diploma in psychology science defending Master’s thesis on psychological aspects of witness’s testimony.

Since 2006 Anna Kamińska has been cooperating with Wolters Kluwer Polska Publishers Office for which she prepares legal information in the area of real estates, construction law, administrative and co-operative law. She is also the author of a few commentaries published on the internet Construction Service of this Publishers Office.
